Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My wonderful husband JP, and my happy-go-lucky Dad Henry are also part of our clan. Many people are familiar with me via my Instagram platform, @annephung. Here I talk about my personal life- both highs and lows as well as everything between. My parents brought me to America in 1990, when I was only one and a half years old. of age. I wouldn't be sharing my life story today without my parents' efforts to work to the max and sacrifice. To give them the opportunity of a successful future, I set my sights upon success and tried my best to achieve it. My expectations were that my life would go one way or another: I'd graduate from university, be offered job in a corporation, become married and start with a family. Although I was convinced that this was the definition of successful, my life was not following the plan. In 2013 I found myself anxious about going to work. job. The money and the status didn't bring me happiness- I felt like I was wasting my life away for a paycheck when I knew I was in the right place to be more. In my search for this new path to work, I discovered that I loved working out. I also enjoyed socializing and being able to assist other people. My business started in 2014, and I'll be celebrating seven years of growth next year, 2021. Since I am an Asian woman in the industry, we are among the few of females like. The coaching profession is a niche, I want to make a difference by offering high-quality coaching to aid others to become more fit and healthier. Furthermore, I want people to feel confident in following their dreams and achieve anything they want in their lives. My professional career began to take off when I was experiencing the most successful times of my life. However, my mother died just as my professional career started to slow off. After an eight year struggle for a condition called Scleroderma, she's now resting in Heaven. I will never forget her and forever keep her in my thoughts and in my heart. Life really does have the ability to provide us with everything we want, even when we're unable to recognize the lesson at the time. My mother's passing has changed me in a variety of ways. I believe she gave me a new chance to be alive through her death. It was the Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she died. She was able to start a new chapter in her life which gave me my second shot at a happy, fulfilling life. In my 30s I feel a sense of being alive and alive. I'm no longer feeling as if you're just an ordinary person anymore. My personal life experiences are open to the public so that I can share with you my experiences and words. It will allow you to realize that you're not on your own. You can do everything if you set your mind to the task. Therapy is regular and essential. It is health that's the biggest wealth. As death is all that we can have I want you to enjoy living your life to the fullest and leave with no regrets.
